What if the Phillies take Meyer in the 1st round and he signs? Looks pretty good for the mock draft

Jim Callis indicated in his draft chat yesterday that Meyer is as unsignable as they come. He is almost a lock to go to Kentucky.
And I don’t know why, in this mock draft, we’re ignoring things like signability. What’s the point of trying to do a realistic mock draft if we ignore realistic things like players’ signability?
