In your MOD thread, put in a tag "MOD". That way people will be able to find all the MODS by using the tag system. You now have the ability to edit fanposts, so you can go back and do this for your MOD thread. You should also associate your MOD with the relevant team, to make it easier for readers across the network to participate. The first comment on this post has links explaining how to do these things.
