Laffey or Miller?
I'm starting to lose patience with Adam Miller...and along comes Aaron Laffey who looked good against the Yankees tonight.
Using John's rankings, I believe Miller is a B and Laffey is a C+. However, using my own formula and combination of site rankings, I have Laffey at a 13 and Miller at an 11.4. Very close.
I hate to give up on Miller because I had to trade Garko to get Miller and Teahen last year so Miler did cost me something. At the same time, Miller has done nothing since I got him except get injured.
The other option would be to keep both and drop Vicente Padilla from my roster.
Is it time to abandon ship with Miller and add Laffey to my fantasy roster?

this has got to be a pretty deep league if you’re really relying on any of these guys at this point. I would always stick with the guy who has #1 upside, and thats Miller. Yes, he has been quite injury prone and that is really annoying for sure, but I can never pass up potential like that for a couple of guys who are inning eaters at best.

It's a Laffey
to drop Miller for Mr. Laffey. Miller is still only 23 and I still have high hopes for the phenom.
I heard Tim Lincecum will win 1 Cy Young & 11 Tim Lincecums. Question is, how many Cole Hamels will he win?

Backstory
I am interested in hearing the backstory of this comedy debacle. Walk me through your thought-process when you were typing the joke.

Wow
Maybe the worst joke I’ve heard in the past 10 years.

miller
the kids got great stuff. laffey pitched pretty well last night, but had trouble with that last inning. yea he was no hit good for 6+ innings. I just think miller is more of a stud pitcher

Laffey v. Miller
Laffey will be lucky to be a long term #3 starter. He simply doesn’t have the stuff.
Miller on the other hand has nasty stuff and is a healthy season away from allowing the Indians to forget about Sabathia. In fact, I would wager that had Miller been healthy in 2007, Sabathia would have gotten traded this past off season.

other question
To answer the first response…it’s not a deep league, just AL Only so that probably explains it.
The consensus appears to be holding onto Miller for the time being might be a better idea than grabbing Laffey. However, the next question is WHEN? When will Miller be ready? I could drop Miller and pick up Laffey and the get Miller back in the rookie draft next year if Miller isn’t going to be on the Indians active roster at the start of next season. Will he be up before then?
