Scott Gorgen: RHP, UC-Irvine
This righty supposedly has one of the best changeups in college baseball. He's following up his great sophomore season with an even better junior one.
Sophomore 2007: 13-3, 136.2 innings, 2.83 ERA, 118 hits against, 41 BB, 117 K's
Junior 2008 (so far): 6-2, 57.2 innings, 2.18 ERA, 34 hits against, 19 BB, 63 K's
Has anyone here seen him pitch and/or does anyone know anything about him?

I saw him on TV last year
Hes your typical West Coast pitcher. Well, hes better than “typical’ obviously but he is that kind of pitcher.
He is short, doesn’t throw hard but he throws strikes and changes speeds. What sets him apart from others like that is that he changes speeds SO WELL. His change is lights out,
He doesn’t have the bulldog attitude of Wes Roemer, and doesn’t throw THAT many strikes and might be a mile or 2 behind Roemer’s fastball but his change is better than any pitch Roemer might throw and he might be more mature
Hes probably better than Berry Enright
