Depends on the player. I'd have to go back and review my research notes for Hernandez. Sometimes I get information from standard sources, sometimes from personal observation, sometimes from people I know who and trust who have seen the player. I don't make anything up, lol...but sometimes scouting reports can vary. If everyone else has him at that velocity either my source is wrong or my source saw him on a bad day.
