Hello ... I am looking for input on what are other terms describing rookies or first-year players.  An example might be: Prospects or Freshman.  I am looking to develop a creative name for one of my teams.  Anyone have any good ideas?  I'm looking for a wide range of terms ... the more the better!  Best suggestion wins a firm pat on the back from me!
