truthfully
I don't know some of these names. I know that Roe is a huge disappointment that I don't think will ever be anything. I think Spoone is probably the leader by a ton and maybe Brooks Brown second. Watson had a great season, but was a college pitcher pitching at a very low level so I am not sure how much credit is do there and Ely is interesting, though I am not sure of the ceiling.
the italicized comments down here are really gay

Roe a 'huge' disappointment?
In 2007 he had 170 IP in the California League as a 20 year old when the average player in that league was 23, and he maintained stats that were average to above for league starters across the board. He's likely not going to be an ace, but there's little doubt he's got what it takes to be an innings eating MLB starter for a contending team. Spoone was a year older, Brown nearly two but all three were at the same level. I just don't think you're taking age into enough context here. I really don't see that much difference between the ceiling of those three, and Roe still might have more.

The top three guys are all interesting along with Ely. Spoone is probably the best name if you're looking for upside.

Chaz Roe's a good guy to keep an eye on. He was pretty raw when drafted even by prep southpaw standards, and his numbers the last couple of years have actually been pretty decent for a developing arm in some extremely hitter-friendly environments. He's still a project and you can't expect immediate dividends, but I see no reason for one's enthusiasm for Roe to wane just yet. I for one remain very intrigued with him.

Oswaldo Sosa has to be towards the Top
He still as an outside chance to make the Twins 25 man roster this year!!!!!!!!

He projects probably as a 4, 5 starter or maybe the first reliever (#4) in your bullpen.

He's got a solid fastball I believe 92-93 MPH with decent to above average secondary pitches, from what I understand this spring he is having some trouble locating some of those pitches but once he gets his command down in a year to year and a half of AAA seasoning (assuming he does) he has easily the potential of a Miguel Batista or Carlos Silva type of pitcher...

The Twins WILL compete in 2008!!!
