Neither Beavan nor Main

is going to start the year in the MWL. Main should be there once he's healthy, but I'm not sure whether the plan is to delay Beavan but still start him in the MWL like they did Kiker last year or just start him in a short season league.

As mentioned just below, Feliz and Beltre, as well as Fabio Castillo, are expected to start with Clinton in the MWL, and Feliz and Beltre in particular are generally seen as possibly an equivalent class as the two first rounders.

that is a pretty stacked list:

Top pitchers - Jarrod Parker and Chris Withrow
Top hitters - Moustakas and Vitters

I think Parker will be the first to graduate.

another first rounder

pete kozma is yet another '07 first rounder that will be in the midwest league this year.

another couple of cardinals that made baseball america's GCL top 20 list are also expected to make the quad cities roster, catcher luis de la cruz and center fielder d'marcus ingram.
