Sorry
I can't rate a team accurately when I don't know how many teams are in the league and what the format is. At first glance, I'd say a 5 at best. The offense looks somewhat mediocre, great 1-2 SP combo of course, but not enamored with any of the starters after them.

No Braves LOL! Seriously I'll say a 7 don't Juan Pierre and Barry Zito. Other than that it's solid.

Mediocre
...if this were 2004, you'd have an incredible roster.

actually
this team is terrible.  for you to actually post this means you either think it is pretty damn good or you are looking for help.  I will hope you are looking for help and suggest that you deal manny(big name) and get some help anywhere you can find it.

Confused?
So, you drafted Johan and Peavy at or near the turn to start things off and then everything went down hill after that?  I see some upside there, but you'd mostly need everything to break your way for this team to be competative.  Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'd have to give this an F (i.e. <6.5)

ewww
First off, I'd get Percival off your bench, replacing either Willis or Zito.  Better yet, I'd trade him if possible, or one of your other closers, along with a hitter to upgrade any of the following positions - c, 2b, 3b, or of.  All in all, considering this is a 12-team mixed league, on a scale of 1-10, I give this team about a 3 or 4.

Garret... Anderson?
I'd drop him and try to get Billy Butler who I'm guessing is available.  Butler will give you Anderson's 2007 with more upside.

Also, it seems like you've got no steals outside of Pierre.  So you could either punt the entire category and deal Pierre to get someone who might be a little underrated (Swisher is my fave, going from a crazy pitcher's park to a hitters one with 1B eligibility to offset the likely Hafner injury)

As for pitching, I've watched what I could of Lester this year and he's finally spotting his pitches consistenty, he's put on weight and his velocity is consistent as well.  he's got 1/2 starter stuff but his control ahs always held him back, the sox have no IP limits on him and he's finally looking good control wise, he should be available on waivers.  I'd look to get what you can with Zito, between his likely crappy stats and horrendous offense.  Lester should provide an easy upgrade.  Garza is another guy who is getting overlooked a lot.
