Pitch f/x in the minors?

How long do you think it will take before baseball teams will start pushing for pitch f/x systems in the minors? It seems to me that it would be invaluable to a team's ability to scout their and other young pitchers. Not only being able to get an accurate idea of the movement and velocity their young pitchers are generating, but in being able to diagnose problems. Having an easy way to see quickly if they are struggling with a certain pitch in a certain area or whatever.

It would be interesting to see if a team could gain a noticeable scouting advantage by installing them in their own minor league parks before everyone else.

Just some thoughts

f/x
All the games would probably have to be broad casted on tv (or milb.tv), before they would think about installing pitch f/x in all those parks. Perhaps a private company would get the pitch data from minor league games and then sell it to teams (leaving us poor fans out unless a deal was brokered with mlb and all the teams), but I don't know how economical that would be.

I guess I'm just speculating.

Professional Teams
I think most people would be startled at how "hands off" teams are with their pitchers.  VERY FEW teams are progressive enough that they use current technology, in fact, IMO, MLB is almost always LAST in accepting and implementing this kind of change.
