Anyone else excited about tomorrow?

Am I the only baseball junkie who is thrilled to see some live action tomorrow? I can't wait to turn on Mlb.tv and watch the Mets (hopefully) beat the Wolverines. Although I know no one will be in top gear, its my first look at the 2008 'Amazins, a season of high expectations. And who knows, maybe Umich will reverse their App. St. upset by beating the Mets.

We also have Detroit, Philly, and Florida playing.

and its still a game of baseball. I find that fun that watch, but thats just me

didn't you know that placements on prospect lists determine your favorite prospects future?

(sorry about being overly sarcastic there......but yes, i totally agree with you.....not that i didn't like reading BA's prospect list)

I would much rather watch

a high school game or a gollege game that actually has some meaning. I'm pretty sure David Wright and Jose Reyes could care less about playing Michigan in an exhibition.

Tomorrow the Reds scrimmage themselves

I can't wait. It should be incredibly fun to have actual, somewhat real baseball again.

I bet the Reds lose.

Of course, any team with Dusty as their manager will lose in the long run. I wonder if they flip a coin and the loser has to have Dusty manage them.

Prediction

Bailey v. Cueto

Bailey gets off easy after giving up 6 runs - he's pulled in the third. Cueto gets left in for a 130 pitch / 8 inning outing. Dusty is quoted afterwards as saying "I would have let him continue if he wouldn't have blown the shut out in the 8th.."

Baker is also seen scolding Votto in the 5th for taking a lead-off walk. It will be easy enough to read Baker's lips "Damnit, you score runs by hitting, not walking!"
