Questions for Jeff Locke

I'm doing an interview with Braves prospect Jeff Locke for Chop-n-Change, my Braves blog over at MVN. I wanted to know if there are any questions you'd like him to answer and I'll take the best couple from the responses and ask him.

John ranked him as the eleventh best Braves prospect with a B- grade this year.

Hmm...
It might seem kinda basic but, I like to hear what a pitcher thinks of his own stuff...what he throws to righties and lefties... how hard... also if he sees himself as a stater or if he would be okay with being a reliever in the show.

Ask him if he thinks he
needs to work on his control.  That should always be the top priority for a power lefty.

Ask him
What type of training has he been doing this off-season. Has he been hittin the weight room ala Frenchy or more running type conditioning to build up more endurance for the more innings he's going to be asked to pitch this year.

Ask him
what it is like becoming a great HS pitching prospect in small-town New Hampshire.

Was going to showcases, getting good instruction and playing top competition difficult?

Was getting noticed for the next level difficult?

Which 4-year schools and which JUCOs recruited him?
Had he gone to college would he have wanted to go close to home up north or go down south to play more year round?

Competitive spirit
Ask him if he remembers drilling my first baseman in the back after I got the ump to ask him to take off his Livestrong bracelet.  It was Legion ball and he was dominating our hitters, so I figured I'd try to get a baserunner by seeing if he rattled.  That part worked out, but my first baseman wasn't very happy after getting a 92mph fastball in the ribs.  Locke then went on to strike out the side and nohit us.
