Rochester, NY has tons of minor league teams for most sports and it it hard to find somewhere that concentrates on minor league teams. Well I have finally found one, MLN Raw Feed and MLN Sports Zone. See for yourself. I just had to get that off my chest. As you may know, our Rochester Royals were stolen by Sacto so I fully support our minor league teams. Our Rattlers won it all in 2008! Our Amerks are usually up there. I am just glad I have a place to go to follow my teams. On another note, it seems that since Minnesota took over the Rochester Red Wings, they haven't been doing as well. Why? Why do they do this to the team and its fans? I'm out.

Garbage Plate

What is the name of that restaurant in Rochester that serves the “garbage plate”? That is a Major League calorie vehicle. I’m hoping business brings me nearby at some point because I really want to try one.

My wife’s family is from the Rochester area. My mother in law told me Tahoe’s was bought out and the garbage plate may be no more. THE HORROR! I hope she’s wrong.

As a Rochester razed guy,I can tell you we take pride in our large calorie vehicles. What hurt Rochester in AAA is that the O’s finally started to develop their minors AFTER they left Rochester. The twins have given us solid guys but don’t sign those AAAA players to help out their minor league teams.
