Fantasy League- Looking for 3 More Teams

I'm commissioner of a sportsline fantasy league, currently the league has 18 teams-- 16 personal friends from my University and high school and 2 public leaguers. The league is a keeper league with a $15 entry fee. The winner wins about a hundred dollars with second and third places getting money as well. I need about 2-4 more teams to reach the level I'd like.

The special part about my league is that each team starts out with a top prospect-- any player with less than 50 at bats or 30 ip in the ML- who they choose and must keep for atleast one year. Depending on the ranking of this prospect by baseball america the team's draft pick will be determined.
