unfortunately the same goes for james mcdonald…theres between 5 and 10 really funny names on this list so far…
It should be FMart, but...
Freeman is still a ridiculous choice over Alonso.

agree that Martinez is overdue. I’ll repeat what i just wrote on another thread:
Martinez homered and tripled last night for Escogido, and is now OPS-ing over 1000 in the Dominican, this after missing a few games with the flu and taking the collar in the game on his return.
I like them both, but with F-Mart having OPS’d at .850 or so (can’t remember the exact #) from May 1 on as a 19 year old in AA, and now doing well in a small sample size in the Dominican, he’s screaming star.
Next year at 20 will likely start the season in AAA and be a first call-up. imho the guy’s at least a top 20 prospect much less top 40.
McDonald... Carter now up to #2, although I still have Hellickson and Escobar in front of him too

OT...brett hunter
but i was checking HWB stats last night and noticed brett hunter’s 2.1in/6k’s
anyone got an idea if he’s better off as a sp or reliever long term?
outside of that 1 horrible outing 7in/2h/1er/2bb/13k’s
kind of similar brackman, highly regarded got injured, then fell in draft. but have big time stuff..now regaining that stuff in the HWB

Definitely needs to get on the poll real real soon. He’s better than any pitcher currently on the ballot. Same could be said for Zimmerman or Arrieta

there are many pitchers better than hellickson imo … i’m sure he’ll still get his ass handed to him .. :-)
