Not funny
If the Yankees were an ass they'd sue the author that came up with this right now.. and win.

haha
They'd have a hell of a time trying to prove that the intent of this was slander them and then an even harder time of trying to convince them that this was serious or that it could be construed as serious. Give me a break.

benefit of the doubt
i think we should give him the most favorable reading of that post as possible. maybe he meant they'll "win 94 baseball games next year" or something like that. because he can't possibly have thought they'd win that frivolous lawsuit.

Not funny...
I can't believe you would waste your time to even throw out such a suggestion, much less waste the time and money of our state-funded court systems.

collegehumor steals another funny video from youtube. what a surprise.

Sounds good
if you just listen it sounds real.  The video starts off pretty good to, but the end doesn't look real.  I bet at least 1 person in the world thought this was real, ran to the phone called his best friend and told him, then his friend told somebody and now a small town somewhere in the world thinks this is true.  I personally think that is great.

This reminds me of
That Simpsons episode when Homer had an interview with a TV show to prove that he's not guilty of sexual harrassment, but they doctored his interview video to make him look like he's guilty
