Philadelphia Phillies Prospects and Lack Thereof

Hello all of you Phillie fans and those who follow the minors very closely. I'm in the new fantasy league posted earlier (WARNING: KIND OF A FANTASY LEAGUE QUESTION). I drafted the Phillies partly because I love their cheap young core at the major league level, and partly because I could only name about three prospects in their system and want to learn more about another team. So I'm asking for your help. I get their entire system, but at some point of time I'm sure I'll have to limit it to 100 guys or so. Please help me identify those that I need to watch closely (I own John's book and the BA prospect handbook, so I can look some of these guys up, but some of you MUST have inside knowledge). Thanks in advance.

that basically covers every pitcher in the system
with a pulse... but yeah, that's a blanket list, it's an incredibly poor system overall

Which is something I understood when I took them..
On the other hand Howard, Utley, Rollins, Victorino, and Hamels are pretty good and fairly cheap. Also, I'm considering moving into the suburbs of Philly next year, so it's a nice opportunity to get to know the system.

i'm not judging
i'm a phillies fan myself. just, the system we have is utter trash. Debatably the worst in the majors... Great talent at the MLB level (not that it seems to matter with our pitching), but really extremely little elsewhere, just as it has been for ~a decade.

still though
Howard / Utley / Myers / Hamels / Rollings / Burell is a pretty good track record. the overall system is garbage, but they seem to manage to pump out very good top players.

Last in the league?
I don't think their system is that bad.

I'd look for Cardenas and Myers mostly.  Golson still has a shot at being something as well.

Someone already posted the list of pitchers.  I think Garcia and Carrasco are both very good pitchers.  Outman and Happ also look good among a few othes.  Drabek (like Golson) still has the potential to be a very good player but we will just have to wait and see.

So...
Do you have any suggestions?

He's pitching pretty meh....
right now...but I used to like Edgar Garcia more than Carrasco. He's STILL not even 20, and I think he'll break out next year.
