I had literally never heard of the man until he was called up by the Twins last week to play third base. Reading Nate Stephens on Rotoworld this week, I thought I must have been living in a cave because he sounded like he has been a prospect for the past few years.

After looking him up in John's 2007 Prospect Book, and checking back in 2006 as well (and finding nothing), and then doing a search on this site (and finding nothing), I decided I had good company in that cave. Does this guy really offer any hope of having a major league career?

I really thought after Terry Ryan sent Castillo to the Mets, he must be freeing up money to bring Morgan Ensberg to the Metrodome... wrong! What on earth was that trade about?
