Nelson Cruz

I know he's been in the majors already, but this guy was supposed to be a big time hitter. All he's done since being sent back down to AAA is post a .371/.452/.790 line with 7 HR and 16 RBI. Does anyone still have faith in this guy making a big splash in Texas? Just looking for some insight on someone closer to the area.

He isnt that young (27 in July) and, he kinda botched his chance.

Victor diaz has his spot and he also tore up AAA too. I think Cruz can play some and , he may end up with a career like Eduardo Perez but, as far making a REAL splash as an everyday player. I don't think so.

You never know though. It certainly appeaers he wants to get back to the show BADLY. Never underestimate a man when he really puts his mind to something.
