Q&A with Kevin Slowey

Kevin Slowey is really close to the big leagues. He took time to answer some reader questions.

Star-divide

Kevin Slowey has pitched 49.1 innings in his seven games this year. He has three walks and 44 strikeouts. He leads the IL with a 1.46 ERA. He is very close to a big league call up. But, he was willing to take some time and answer reader questions. His answers to several questions appear now at www.SethSpeaks.net.

Lincecum
I would have voted Lincecum if he was a Twins' prospect.  He hadn't really gotten a mention in the post yet, other than rc's signature, so I figured it had to be done.

Oh yeah...
I voted Slowey.  Slowey may not have as high of a ceiling as Garza, but I think he has a better chance of reaching it.  Manship is too low in the minors for me to get too excited about him yet.  Let's see what he's doing at this time next year.
