I'm a longtime reader but haven't posted very often up till now, I'm a big time A's fan so I couldn't pass up the chance to play Billy Beane for a while.

anyway, what should we be looking for? pitching? maybe a right hand power bat to counter all the young lefties in the line-up right now? high school or college? any guys jumping out at you for the 26th pick? I know I've got some ideas but let's get some discussion going. what do you guys think?

we've got picks 26, 41, 59, 75, 91, 121, 151, and 181. lots to work with
