Hey guys, not terribly familiar with the Orioles system. I wanted to trade Jose Cruz Jr. in my 28 teams dynasty(roster crunch with Jack Cust playing well and Bradley healthy again) and he's the best I can get it seems.

Former 1st round pick, was highly touted last year but completely lost his k/bb and while doing that torn his non throwing hand's labrum, doing better this year but still with 1/4 bb/k rate.

What do you guys think about him?
