Slowey is dealing

Slowey has been on fire ever since being drafted, but didn't start gaining serious attention until shutting down Cuba in the Olympic-qualifying game last fall.

This spring he posted a 3.38 ERA in 8.0 IP, which included a very nice outing against the Yankees A-squad.

He's been practically perfect in his first 2 starts.
