Bowden or J. Sanchez?
Alright, I will admit that this is for fantasy purposes...but I will not include the trade information. Instead, I am curious to see who is the better prospect between these two.
Bowden is seen as a #3 (according to both BA and BP), whereas Jonathan Sanchez has been called a #1 - #3...which has thrown off my investigation. The thing I see that does benefit Sanchez is the fact that he is advance, and is a lefty.
Anyway, who do you think is the better prospect?

Damn...
BTW, Brackman is the worst pitcher on that pitching staff.
I'm so freaking nasty at this projection game.
I'm biased myself

If it's for fantasy purposes...
When comparing the value of two prospects in a fantasy league, you have to discount the value of a guy who's several years away from being a solid contributer. It's easy to get caught up in the "projectability" of a younger player and forget that Sanchez will give you two full seasons before Bowden is likely to crack the majors.
Plus, Sanchez is the better strikeout guy of the two. This is fantasy, right? And he pitches in a better park. All signs point to him.
