When ranking a player in real baseball defensive capability must be considered. So, which position is the most important defensively? For me, the top 2 are clearly SS and C. The SS is the commander of infield and is involved in the most pitches put in play. A good defensive catcher is worth their weight in gold with their defense and game calling. I guess the top 2 could be flip flopped and the 3B and CF could also be. Thoughts?
