I started a thread a couple days ago asking for names to be included in this poll and with the answer is now able to come up with a full lineup of candidates.

The criteria were:
-Starting Pitcher
-Enjoy Success consistently in the minors
-Suffered Failure in the majors, catastrophic isn't necessary, at least significant struggle
-Less than 150 career MLB innings

Just curious who the community thinks will be the next Rich Hill. Maybe none of those guys will have any success at all. Maybe more than one of those guys will have success in 07.
