What is the ML equivalent for a top College Program?

There is a little debate going on. Some guys were saying it is equal to a AAA or AA team and I disagreed with them. I would think it is closer to Low-A. In fact that is what I think it is. The great college players can cut it in High-A often, but for the most part I think college players(except top picks) are low-A players and the later college guys are SS.

I wanted some input from a few guys so I feel better about saying that. To be honest, these guys are not prospect watchers so I think I am right.
