Josh Johnson vs. Andrew Miller

I have opportunity to move Josh Johnson for Andrew Miller in a league.  My team in not that great and will be a better team in '08.  With that being said, Who would you rather have on your team at that point?  Johnson has proved himself in the majors for only one season, will it contine?  Are the arm troubles something to worry about?  Or is Andrew Miller just to good to pass up?

Thanks
JR

Well, here's the big if....
Johnson has been reported to have some arm troubles this off season...

Now, they are selling it as not serious.  But they also do not have a definitive answer on what's going on there.

Personally, I like the guy who has already proven to have some success in the major leagues.  But Adam Miller sure does seem like a nice piece for a team that could be good in 2008...if he stays healthy.

Very tough choice there in my opinion.  Best of luck.

Another Andrew Miller post...
...another poster confusing him with Adam Miller.

You're right
Sorry.

I would take Andrew Miller, the big lefty, over Adam Miller, the big righty.  And I would take Andrew Miller over Mr. Johnson, although I think you probably could extract something even better than Andrew Miller for him from a weak owner.

My bad.  I apologize for that.

Depends
In real life or in sim, I'd take Miller no doubt.  If you're asking about straight up roto / fantasy with no adjustments, then Johnson is probably more valuable and should end up with a better ERA and more Ks just by virtue of playing for the Marlins.

Andrew Miller

has the higher upside by far.

whats with everyone trying to compare other pitchers to Andrew Miller lately on here?
