one note: for the guys who are in the tank (or "the locker room", in this case) - i try to cycle through them as best i can, but space is limited, so if somebody falls down below about 2% i tend to sort of leave them there until somebody speaks up and asks for them.  so if there's a guy down in that range that you'd be voting for, don't be shy.
