Still only 25

and when he gets a chance to play regularly he performs.  Wahington gave him a chance and he hit .293/.352/.504.  If he plays a full year he'll get 30 homer.  He will also strike out 150 times and play bad defense, but 30 homers is nice.

He'll be good it you think .260/.310 with 40 homers and 200 strikeouts is good.

All depends on what you have to pay him and what other options you may have access to.  I'd be happy to have somebody with those numbers on the Giants right now.
