Rule 5 draft preview?

PrintDoes anyone know who all may end up available in the upcoming Rule 5 draft? I know it is still a bit early but any input would be appreciated.
I am assuming this will be the draft order-
- Tampa Bay Devil Rays
- Pittsburgh Pirates
- Kansas City Royals
- Baltimore Orioles
- San Francisco Giants
- Florida Marlins
- Cincinnati Reds
- Chicago White Sox
- Washington Nationals
- Houston Astros
- Texas Rangers
- Oakland Athletics
- St. Louis Cardinals
- Minnesota Twins
- Los Angeles Dodgers
- Milwaukee Brewers
- Toronto Blue Jays
- Atlanta Braves
- Chicago Cubs
- Seattle Mariners
- Detroit Tigers
- New York Mets
- San Diego Padres
- Philadelphia Phillies
- Colorado Rockies
- Arizona Diamondbacks
- Los Angeles Angels
- New York Yankees
- Cleveland Indians
- Boston Red Sox

In addition, Craig Whitaker, a HS draftee from 2003 is eligible as well as holdovers Marcus Sanders, Bill Sadler and Jesse English.
I would think Bowker will have to be protected. I'm not at all sure I would use up a roster spot for any of the others. Teams may have some interest in Hedrick and English for bullpen help.
