Rule V Draft- Minor League version

Can anyone please post the specific rules regarding the minor league portions of the Rule V draft?

I understand the rules in regard to the Major League portion, but I am curious as to who is eligible for the AAA and AA portions. I assume many of the rules are similar in regard to age requirements, draft or signing status, etc. Maybe there is a website that someone could link to to explain?

Same as MLB

Can't draft someone if they're on that level roster. Since there's no options or restrictions on moving players in the minors, the teams will stick anyone they care about who would otherwise be eligible on the AAA roster for the week so they can't get drafted.
