Does anyone know of a website/source where I can get a list of 2007 first year players?  I'm not looking for a rookie list per se, some rookies have had previous experience in the majors, I only want players who began this year with no previous MLB service.

Disclaimer:  this is not fantasy related, it is for my own personal library, if you will.  I started keeping this information two years ago but the problem is it is very time consuming.  I've had to manually review every player (well, not quite every player) and it usually takes me over a month to complete.  Any ideas?
