What ever happened to Tagg Bozied?

He was an ex-teammate of mine and an old friend whom I've lost contact with. I was wondering what he made of his career after blowing out his knee. He was an incredible athlete and a very good guy. A lot of us thought he'd be a star by now..

He played for the Cardinals AAA club in 2007 as a 1B. Not a bad line of 24HR, .350 OBP, .490 SLG, but it came at 1B - where he is blocked by some guy named Poo-holes.

Was one of my string of Padres prospects that I followed for a long time, along with Jake Gautreau and other that were supposed to be SD's MI/CI of the future.

Bozied got derailed 2 yrs ago when he stomped on home plate after a home run and blew out his knee. this year with STL was somewhat of a comeback for him.

If it wasn't for disappointments, I wouldn't have any appointments.
