List of International Signings?

Does anyone know where I might be able to procure a list of all the international free agent signing from this past year? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have a deep fantasy draft coming up and such information would be highly beneficial.

Thanks,

This has the top 12 international signings from last year. What I know, Montero supposedly is the best hitter to come out of Venezuela since Miguel Cabrera and Carlos Triunfel is wowing people in the DR instructional league. Also Euclides Viloria is being compared to Johan Santana with a little less life to his fastball but the great change.

Here is a good article talking about them.

Hope this helps, they were incorporated into our June Draft and I nabbed Montero, Viloria, Suarez, and Esmeily Gonzalez

The first link
has one piece of information that hasn't been corrected on it.  Montero ended up with the 4th largest bonus, not the second largest, because there were "irregularities" with his urine sample (i.e. he probably did steroids before he was subject to the CBA) and his bonus was adjusted downward accordingly to a little below $1.3M.

It's not exhaustive, but...
...try Baseball America.  Click on "Prospects" and then go all the way down to "International Affairs".  There's a list of the top $ signings and a few other articles you might find useful.  Good luck.

New stuff to me
Guys, help answer some questions.

I'm unfamiliar with how these int'l signings happen. I'm assuming all these guys on the list are young and will take a 3 years or more before reaching MLB. Is that accurate?

Any further info on the two Red Sox signings: Beltre and Tejada?

I see Euclides Viloria mentioned in first reply but not on the list does that mean his bonus was below $525,000 or did he sign after that list was made? Same for two guys mentioned in the article from BA Alverez and Areas? Why aren't they on the list and if they were signed, what teams signed them?

Good stuff, this is valuable info. THanks -Veg

Re
Viloria signed for 150,000. The Braves signed Alvarez and Areas still hasn't signed.

Anyone want to give ETA
When do you guys estimate we will see any of these in the Majors?

I recall Goldstein comparing Villalona to Miguel Cabrera. Now I see Viloria comp'd with Santana.

WOW.

I won't get married until the Red Sox win the World Series. AGAIN!!

hard
It's hard to compare 16 year olds to big leaguers. Those are pure guesses based on make up I would think. Any ETA on these guys would be at the earliest (if the club isn't dumb) late 2010. At the very earliest.
