Stat creator software?

I've been searching for a software where you can compose you're own stats and have it do the calculations instead of going by calculator, anyone have anything like this, I remember there was one a couple of years ago but I can't find it

I know one
It's called "Microsoft Excel"

I use it whenever I make up new stats.
You can make a column for each counting stat and then program another cell to do the math for you

yup
Excel can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with it, but the learning curve is pretty shallow for this type of thing.

free - may work for you
IF you don't have Excel on your computer and don't want to pay hundreds of dollars, you can try Open Office (just Google OPen Office for the link). As the name implies it is a free download. The package contains several office applications, two of which mimic Word and Excel. I was havign problems with MS Office and tried Open Office as a temporary solution until I could reinstall MS Office. For me, it worked ok, but it crashed every so often. On the other hand, I have read some reviews which are pretty positive and don't mention the problem I was having. You may want to give it a shot.

If anyone wants 2006 stats....
I've created some Excel files that have all of the stats from 2006 for every organization's farm system complete with a lot of the metrics we all like to discuss

http://www.rotojunkie.com/index.php?supportfile/id:405 is the NL teams

http://www.rotojunkie.com/index.php?supportfile/id:403 is the AL teams

The sheets should be unlocked if you wish to add stats.

These are Excel files so if you don't have Excel you can download the excel viewer at http://www.tiny.cc/V7PIN
