Question about a potential trade involving Minor Leaguers

Sorry to post this on here but I greatly value the opinion of some of the people on this site. Before you go and bash me about how its fantasy baseball related, it does have to do with minor leaguers
and young players and thats why I'm asking it here.
Ok, its a 20 team keeper league.. $300 Salary CAP.
The roster that I'm readying to head into next year with and also make a push into the playoffs with this year, i'm currently in 9th/20 and top 6 teams make the playoffs and below that is my minor league roster.
Position - Name/Team/Salary for 2007
C - Ronny Paulino/PIT/$2
1B - Nick Johnson/WAS/$3
2B - Howie Kendrick/LAA/$5
3B - Miguel Cabrera/FLA/$54
SS - Wilson Betemit/LAD/$3
OF - Adam Jones/SEA/$5
OF - Matt Kemp/LAD/$5
OF - Curtis Granderson/DET/$4
UT - Andy Marte/CLE/$6
UT - Melky Cabrera/NYY/$2

SP - Roy Halladay/TOR/$30
SP - Dan Haren/OAK/$7
SP - Felix Hernandez/SEA/$6
SP - Chuck James/ATL/$2
RP - Huston Street/OAK/$6
RP - Brandon McCarthy/CHW/$6
RP - Pat Neshek/MIN/$2
RP - Jonathan Sanchez/SF/$2
UT - Daniel Cabrera/BAL/$3
UT - OPEN**

I also have Kendry Morales & Greg Miller/LAD who I would be cutting if we had to turn in our keeper list tomarrow.

The deal I have in place would swap Andy Marte & Brandon McCarthy for Dontrelle Willis (Who would have a Salary of $18 next year). It could also include Xavier Nady which would help me out for this year for the stretch run. I don't like dealing talent like Marte and McCarthy but what makes it even more enticing is that my minor league roster includes Brandon Wood and Carlos Gonzalez who could quickly induce young talent onto my roster next year.

What do you all think? Please all the comments are appreciated!
