With Six rookie pitchers dealing tonight, it got me to thinking about who the leading ROY candidates are.  So, I'd like to make this a two part(er).

1. If the season ended today, who is your choice for the ROYs?
   
2. Your prediction for actual ROY at years end?

My votes go to Liriano - AL and Uggla - NL.  The Twins winning streak coincided exactly with Liriano's insertion into the rotation.  Uggla has 20 less AB's than Fielder, yet he has a better avg, ob, slg, ops more hits and rbi's (albeit each category is very close).  Although, who would have thought Fielder would best Uggla in stolen bases???  hehe

As for year end ROYs, I don't see Liriano giving up his hold on the AL award (barring injury or total Twin melt down) but I believe Fielder will ultimately over take Uggla in the NL.
