Tigers Prospects Part 2
The cheap answer to the tigers problems might be Daryle Ward. He's a solid left handed bat that would come for next to nothing in our minor league system and could platoon with monroe and thames on a rhp vs lhp basis. The more i think about it and the more i read what others wrote in response to my helton idea, the more i agree that a big name player may not be the answer. Soriano would help this year but the two month rental may not be worth it. Losing Sanchez for a 2 month rental is not worth it. Now losing clevelen and someone else may be worth it but they will want sanchez in return. The last thing is if we ever consider trading Maybin this town will be furious. He is being hyped as the next Ken Griffey Jr. around these parts of town and an outfield of Granderson, Maybin, and Ordonez is hard to pass up.

Maybin
The only way the Tigers trade him is if they are gettin gsomeone like David Wright or Miggy in return.
