Today is the Second Annual Minor League Ball Mock Draft. Use this thread for pre-draft discussion. I will post the ground rules in awhile, and we will begin at 2:00 PM Central.

Don't drink the Lincecum-kool-aid

He walks a lot.
He's an extreme flyball pitcher. His G/F has hovered around 1.00 most of the season and most college pitchers with good suff's G/F and GB% are inflated toward the groundball side. Brad Lincoln's and David Price's are around 1.80 and they both have stuff that would profile them as a 1.20 or so professionally. Miller's G/F was a Brandon Webb-ian 5.00+ before yesterday's start.

Flyball pitcher + Walks = Earl Weaver's favorite pitcher to play against.

i dont

think weaver like to play against sub 2 e.r.a. guys. His flaws are correctable, minimize his tilt in the head and his body drifts towards his glove side. . . any pitching coach can correct this
