Matt Torra - where is he?

PrintI know that John was pretty high on this guy in the AZ farm system this spring - he had him rated #6 in that loaded orgainzation. Was researching a bit and haven't seen any stats for him, which I found odd. Anyone know if he is in Extended ST or is hurt? Thanks in advance...
I seemt o always get Garza and Torra mixed-up, although with Garza's year I'm not sure if I'll be doing that anymore...
