About Extended Spring Training

I just checked the opening day roster for all affiliates under the Twins system, and several noticable prospects (Matt Fox, Kyle Edlich, etc) are missing. I wonder if they'll start the year in extended spring training.

Does anyone know a way to find out what players are currently assigned to their respective team's extended spring training? Thanks.

Check unofficial sites
I have found the best luck on unofficial sites.  One example is this one for the Astros.

They have some really good info about the progress of prospects and other players in the Astros system in their Minor Opinions section.
