upton/lugo

anyone know what the injury or the story of lugo leaving the game today against the o's?  if he is injured. would this pave the way for upton to come up?  or would the devil rays do something that no one would expect.

CC
all they've released it ab injury for CC, there's no specifics.

As for the Lugo injury paveing the way for Upton, I seriously doubt it.  Right now, Lugo is day to day.  They'll stick it out with Ordaz and Green at SS until Lugo's back.  He probably won't go on the DL.

Ordaz
injured himself in the game as well.  Still, a strained oblique isn't usually an injury that keeps someone out for more than a week.  Ordaz's injury description was very vague (knee soreness) which usually isn't a good sign.  Still, Nick Green can fill in at short in a pinch, so unless they both end up on the DL, Upton probably isn't coming up.

Yah
Looking at the the mess it would create, I don't think there's any way they can call him up until Lugo is traded.

Lugo Injury
he's getting an MRI tomorrow - he said it "pulled hard" on his last at-bat.
