Upton
I'm a Rays fan and I think Upton is the best prospect in baseball.  I'd have him at one.  I also like Salty better than Young, but that's based more on scarcity of position, OF is easier to find than a great catcher.

Need some info
What is your scoring system, and can you keep these guys for free until they are called up (I assume this is a keeper league)

I'm assuming guys like Ian Stewart and Carlos Quentin are already in systems?  Because if not, they look like top 5 guys... Also Chad Billingsley, LAD

I'd move Carlos Gonzalez, ARI way up.. probably to number 8.

I also am not a big fan of Pence, Ethier or Patterson. I'd slot pitcher Cesar Carillo, P, SD above them.

doubt
salty stays at catcher, similar to Neil Walker in athletic ability, and mc cann will probably stay behind the dish with salty going to the OF or 1b

Could be some changes depending on your organizational draft philosophy (long term value, closest to the majors, etc.), but that is how I would draft them.

McCutchen
Where is Andrew McCutchen? IMO, he's at least the prospect that Braun is.
