Keeper Question

I am in a half arse keeper league, where you keep 3 players. The prior years draft value of your keepers affects the draft round you lose for keeping the player. I am keeping Pujols and Weeks, but can't decide between Aramis Ramirez, Vernon Wells, and Johnny Gomes.
If I keep Ramirez I give up 3 early rounds. Wells - 3 early/middle rounds.
Gomes three late rounds.
One scores points in the usual counting offensive stats. Strikeouts hurt, but not that much. 14 teams and all are reasonably savy.
Any advice?

personally I would go with Gomes, and try to draft well in the earlier rounds, rather than risk an injury with Ramirez.

unfortunately that has been my problem for the past few years.
I would keep..........
Ramirez. He's got enormous power and is still in his twenties. Especially, if you have a problem with the draft anyway. You have to declare your keepers before the season starts?
