If your favorite team has an open slot or two then put up your foresight and predict who gets the last spot(s). Two guys that look like they have earned an unexpected spot on the opening day Astros are Eric Munson and Taylor Buchholz. Yes it looks like Munson, the once highly praised uber-prospect will get another shot at the bigs. This time as a backup catcher/pinch hitter. No joke. Buchholz is trying for the 5th starter, but also is eligable for the long relief spot. Buchholz is up around 88-90+mph and is getting stronger every week since his surgery.

Those are my two opening day unlikely players. Every time I think Munson I think of King Pin and that the Tigers may be the ones that have been getting Munsoned. What guys will make your local team?
