Apparently he's going to try to play through a torn labrum.
He says it only affects him when he's throwing, not at the plate. Now, I haven't seen Counsell play much recently, but I don't remember him having the strongest of arms. I'm thinking this pushes up the timeline wherein we see Drew as the SS in Arizona.
