How good is Liriano, overall, as a prospect?
I'm looking to take into account his likelihood of getting a spot in the rotation, likelihood of avoiding injury (aka does he have good mechanics?), time to develop into a useful guy in the rotation, home field and overall ceiling.
I'll even put a short list of guys to compare to Francisco with these criteria.
Feel free to comment, and please restrict your answers to these guys only.
Thanks!
