John - Suggestion for a new feature

I was reading Neyer's new article at espn.com about teams with strong farm systems (he mentions the Dbacks, Dodgers and Angels) and it triggered an idea.  You've gone back and looked at previous individual lists to see how they turned out, why not look at previous team rankings.  Who had the strongest styems in the late 90's and has it translated to on the field success in the majors either by their prospects succeeding or being traded for vets?

You also get some good pub in the article from Neyer.

Another Idea for John
Could you do a single one stop shopping ranking of every teams farm system? from 1-30 best to worst I think that would create some great debates & conversations.

Try the Book
I'm not trying to be a smarty pants, but John writes a Prospect Book each year in which he does just what you're asking for.  He ranks (at least) the top 30 prospects from each team.

I assume you were either A) joking or B) new to the site.  If you're new, I'd suggest you give it a shot.  I think it's been on sale for about 2-3 weeks now.

"Really"
I've bought the book every year what page is it where he ranks the farm systems i.e. ???

1 Arizona
2 Anaheim Angeles (thats right I said Anaheim)
and so on and so forth all 30 teams no grades just a ranking of each teams farm system.

The book is in Alphabetical order in case you didnt notice team wise.

Apologies, goalieguy
I obviously misread the post.  I thought you were looking for a breakdown of "each teams individual top 30 prospects".  Sorry for the misunderstanding.

prior year grades
I still think prior year grades would be helpful...
