Okay, here are the rules. The entire 25-man team has to consist of players that are presently blocked from playing a position on their teams. Each player has to be 30 or below as of April 1, 2007. Also, only 1 player per MLB team is allowed to be on the team. All of these players must have some major league experience, are slated to sit the bench or start in the minors at the start of the 2007 season, or presently predicted to pitch in the bullpen instead of the rotation, long relief instead of MR, MR instead of SU or SU instead of the closer spot (ex McCarthy or RSoriano last year).

These are the players that should be good enough, are being used incorrectly, or have earned the right to start on another team but presently are not able to do so. Please do not include anyone that will almost immediately have a starting spot after getting called up (ex Humber & UJimenez). This is an excerise to identify forgotten,overlooked, or underrated players that need a change of scenery. Ideally, these players should all be great trade canidates.
